List of Men's Singles Grand Slam tournaments tennis champions. Note that some major changes have taken place over the years that have affected how many titles have been won by various players. Most notable included the opening of national championships to international competition, the elimination of the challenge round in 1922, and the allowing in of professional players in 1968 (the start of the 'Open' era).
